• Support of OXY as SCADA consultant with installation, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, various upgrades and long term support of OXY's 's Centurion Pipeline SCADA system

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for the entire system

Alyeska Pipeline Service Company

• Evaluation of Alyeska's requirements and developed a detailed Statement Of Work (SOW), including detail technical specifications, project methodology, project plan, detail vendor and system performance requirements, payment criteria and performance milestones to provide for replacement of Alyeska's current SCADA and real-time historian systems

ConocoPhillips Corporation

• Support of Conoco as SCADA consultant with the upgrade, maintenance, and enhancement of Conoco's Operations Control Center SCADA, Leak Detection and Batch tracking Systems. This large distributed system consists various redundant nodes. This system is one of the most automated SCADA systems in the industry used to run the large and complex network of Conoco's pipelines throughout the United States

• Provide 24/7 on-call operational support for the entire system

ExxonMobil Corporation

• Support of ExxonMobil Pipeline as a technical consultant with the upgrade, maintenance, and enhancement of the Operations Control Center SCADA, Leak Detection (CPM), Batch Tracking, Scheduling, Pipeline Nomination and Training simulation systems. This large distributed system consists of more than eight hundred PLCs, RTUs and flow computers, more than twenty mini (Hub) SCADA Systems (many redundant), large redundant centralized system, on-line SQLServer User Support System, a Training/Development System, and a remote Disaster Recovery System, all interconnected via high-speed LANs and WANs (Frame relay and dedicated high speed lines)

• Provide technical services as SCADA consultant to expand the original Exxon system to about double the size to cover the Mobil network

• Responsible for design review, configuration, integration and deployment of the system and various subsystems interfacing with this large distributed SCADA System including: real-time Leak Detection and Batch Tracking System, Scheduling System, WEB based Pipeline Scheduling Nomination System, various WEB based applications, automated ticketing and meter prover reports, external real-time data transfers and corporate real-time data interfaces

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for the entire system and network

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power

• Provide LADWP with ongoing specialized support services and 24/7 on-call support for the LAWSDAC SCADA system. This system is used to control the water distribution/filtering system for the City of Los Angeles

• Development of serial Modbus scanning subsystem to help scan various instrumentation and equipment

• Provide technical services to LADWP such as development of configuration and data extraction code to help migrate from the current SCADA system to a new system

• Provide technical services to expand LAWSDAC's secure network, making the system accessible remotely through VPN in a generic fashion

Genesis Energy, LLC

• Provide Genesis Energy with on going specialized support services to assist in maintenance, testing, evaluation and support of their real-time Control System

• Perform seasonal audits of the system, provide technical recommendations and on-call support

Buckeye Pipeline Company

• Performed a full advisory audit and developed a Project Methodology for Buckeye's future SCADA upgrades. The Advisory Audit, specifically reviewed Buckeye's SCADA operations relative to DOT's OPS Advisory # ADB-99-03 and 49 CFR Part 195 (API 1130) dealing with leak detection systems and safety issues

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power

• Audit of LAWSDAC SCADA system's Y2K test results. This centralized SCADA system is used to control the water distribution/filtering system for the city of Los Angeles

• Wrote a utility module to extract database RTU point contents

• Wrote a utility module to extract historical sample data as CSV files

SCADA, Hydraulics packages and other related software expertise:

• Expert Level knowledge of Telvent's OASyS DNA product, DNA's component management, component integration, graphical user interface and OBEL programming language, ACE (DNA 7.4 on Windows)

• Familiar with CCS (formerly Simulutions) Leak Detection and Batch Tracking product PipeWorks and scheduling product PipeScheduler

• Familiar with and a participant in specification and design of Telvent's batch nomination product PipeShipper

• Familiar with Telvent's Allen-Bradley/Modbus/Tano data acquisition server, spoofer and device simulator

• Familiar with SAIC's TSS SCADA package and ESI's Batch Tracking and Leak Detection product

• Expert level knowledge of Telvent's IRIS7 SCADA package on Open VMS (formerly a product of Sandwell - DATAP - TCEnet) - (former developer on staff)

• Expert level knowledge of Control Applications - Teledyne Brown Vector SCADA System - extensive knowledge of gas and liquid apps for this system on both Open VMS and Linux - (former developer on staff)

• Knowledge of various SCADA packages such as Intellution, Wonderware, ABB's Total Flow

• Expert level experience in PLC programing/automation with various products such as Allen-Bradley, Modicon, GE and SCADAPack PLCs

• Expert level knowledge of Alstom - Ariva - formerly ESCA's SCADA package, ESCA FG and Habitat Database (Open VMS)

Software/OS expertise:
Experience with various Operating Systems such as: Unix, Linux, AXP VMS, Windows, various programming languages such as C, C++, other high level and assembly languages, Client/Server architecture, Various databases, Web Application Development using ASP, PHP, Java, MySQL., Microsoft SQLServer
